MedCare

A booking system for eleven clinics, connected to the hospital records system over HL7 with single sign-on for staff. It now handles 18,400 appointments a month, with no scheduled downtime since launch.

Campaign

Nusa Ride

An e-scooter sharing platform for Bali pick a scooter on the map, pay in two currencies, log damage with photos and track the whole fleet in one app. 4,200 rentals came through it in the first season, all handled without a front desk.

Branding

Sedlák

A 150-year-old winery with nine labels and no system holding them together. We rebuilt the identity, redrew the label typography and set the print rules then took the same grid onto the shop. The range now reads as one house on the shelf and online.

Editorial

Stavos

We inherited an undocumented codebase for construction contracts and took over its operations. Builds went from fourteen minutes to three, the test suite covers the invoicing path, and the team ships on Fridays again.

Kristýna owns delivery on the larger accounts. She translates between what a client asks for and what the team needs to know, and she keeps the sprint honest — scope in, scope out, nothing quietly added. If a date is going to move, you hear it from her a week early, not on the day.

Ondřej runs the operations and takeover projects — the ones that arrive as an undocumented repository and a list of complaints. He maps what exists, prices what it costs to stabilise, and reports progress in numbers rather than adjectives.

BACKEND DEVELOPER

Dominik builds the parts that have to be right: APIs, integrations, payments and the data model underneath them. He writes the tests before the feature and documents the endpoints as he ships, which is why our handovers take days instead of months.
